There was a moment recently at one of our team meetings, that I glanced around the table and realised that without design nor intent, we had brought together a truly diverse group of likeminded, values driven people focused on the sole intention of delivering world class, thoughtful, meticulously crafted music and film through this vehicle we call Black City Records.

 

Of all the creative and business journeys that I’ve been through; this must be amongst the most profound work I’ve done, the most fun and laughter I’ve experienced in a long time and more so, all in the company of these infinitely beautiful and exceptionally gifted humans who started out as my colleagues and have now become family.
